ABOUT | It is believed that the seven sages meditated here in ancient times. Maa Ganga (Mother Ganges) split herself into seven streams to avoid disturbing the meditating sages. The ashram was established in 1943 by Guru Goswami Dutt. Today, they provide lodging, meals and free education for poor kids. The ashram is still visited by several saints, sages and rishis. |
