Station: Mount Abu
The sub tropical forest that houses varied species of flora & fauna was declared as a wildlife sanctuary in 1980. Though there are traces of the lion and tiger, but as of now Leopard remains the prime predator. Other important species are sambhar, common langur, wild boar, bear, pangolin, common mongoose, jungle cat, wolf, hyena, jackal, Indian fox, Indian hare, porcupine and hedgehog. Jeep safaris and bird watching are recommended
