The Thar Heritage Museum is a unique, privately-run gem in Jaisalmer, offering a deep and personal journey into the cultural heart, folklore, and geological history of the vast Thar Desert. Established by local historian and folklorist Laxmi Narayan Khatri, the museum is a labour of love, showcasing a collection of artifacts that breathe life into the desert’s storied past.
