Architectural and Spiritual Marvel

The sprawling, high-walled complex houses 108 temples and showcases the remarkable craftsmanship of the 8th to 15th centuries.

Main IdolA striking four-faced black marble idol of Eklingji (Lord Shiva) in the main temple. The four faces are said to represent the four forms of the Lord: Surya (East), Brahma (West), Vishnu (North), and Rudra/Shiva (South).
ArchitectureBuilt primarily with marble and sandstone, the main shrine is a double-storied structure with a colossal pyramidal roof and exquisitely carved columns, displaying the Maru-Gurjara architectural style.
Temple ComplexWithin the compound walls, you will find several smaller temples dedicated to various deities like Goddess Parvati, Lord Ganesha, and Lord Kartikeya, alongside two sacred water tanks, Karz Kund and Tulsi Kund.
