Booking Procedure

• Names, Ages, Genders and Photo ID Proof No. (Driving License / PAN Card / Voter ID / Passport) of all the members required along with 100% advance payment
• Availability of rooms shall be confirmed 30 days prior to the date of arrival
• In case of non availability of rooms, 100% amount will be refunded back

Terms & Conditions

• Refund policies:
  We will refund the advance amount in case the rooms are not booked
  Non refundable once booked
• Book your Flight / Train tickets only after we send you confirmation of booking. As it is an online booking process and Corbett website is also not error-free.
• Check in time: 1300 hrs | Check out : 1100 hrs
• Accommodation / Electricity / Water supply / Housekeeping / other services are provided by forest department. We do not hold any responsibility in case any of the above is not up to the mark. We are just tour operators and enhance booking procedure for the rest house.
• To avail this package guests, need to reach before 1500 hrs at Ramnagar as the forest department does not allow entry in the forest after 1530 hrs for night stay.
• Guests need to carry the same original id cards which id no was used for permit booking
• In case the guest is not carrying Id card forest department reserves the right to allow entry in forest
• Liquor entry is strictly prohibited inside forest
• Rooms at all rest house inside Corbett national park are non-air conditioned
• In case of flooding, heavy rain, riots, protest by locals, arson, epidemic etc situation forest department has the right to cancel confirmed booking or stop taking booking
• Guests opt for night stay and jeep safari on their own risk. Our company has no responsibility for any unforeseen accident arising due to any misfortune beyond our contro

Things To Know About Forest Rest House

• Other than Dhikala forest rest house, all the rest houses are do not have electricity. Power is provided by generators up till 10 pm
• In Dhikala zone, there are four rest houses – Dhikala, Gairal, Sarpduli and Sultan
• In Bijrani zone, there are two rest houses – Bijrani and Malani
• In Jhirna zone, there is only one rest house – Jhirna
• In Durga Devi Zone, there are two rest houses – Lohachaur and Ratwadhap
• There is option of dormitory available at Gairal, Dhikala and Bijrani Rest House. In case some one is looking for economical option, dormitory can be provided
• Most of the rooms in the forest rest house are different from each other and varies in size and space
